Comfy bed in a double room with more than enough space, full-length windows, and an individual terrace.

The room I booked was not cleaned well with clumps if hair under the bed and available with king sized bed. More than enough space, full-length windows, and an own terrace were good. Caring team from Hugo the concierge to my lovely porter.

The property was pleasant with amazingly great stuff from Hugo the concierge to our lovely porter, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Carpeted and spotless rooms, the views of the NYC skyline where absolutely gorgeous. It was nice to have coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator available.

Feeling that I liked this nicely designed and well-appointed hotel after staying for 2 nights. Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with nice pictures, great bathrooms, hardwood floors; everyone is welcome here. It was near central Manhattan, and 7th and 6th avenues in 27th, comfy and decent location overall. I checked out a long-standing department store, that was set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

As for me location is comfortable and decent, near to train, Times Square, the Empire State and restaurants in Chelsea and Chelsea, which is a neighborhood which was familiar to home in Chicago. Manhattan district is worth looking into.

I liked this hotel and would return here. My stay was special for a value next NYC visit. I was given light filled, a decent size room. They offered me coffee and scrambled eggs in the morning.

The hotel was fancy and neat, had fantastic views of downtown. Genuinely helpful personnel from Hugo the concierge to our lovely porter, everything was really good. The property was in the central setting in midtown. Plus, it was near to lovely bars/restaurants, Macys, Madison Square Garden, even on foot and New York from the UK.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The interior design was stunning, creating a modern and stylish atmosphere. The bar and reception area were inviting, and the staff greeted me warmly. The hotel offered a great happy hour at the bar, perfect for grabbing a cheap drink before heading out for the evening. The rooms were equally modern and kept clean by the staff. Despite being on the smaller side, it's understandable considering the location in this bustling city. Speaking of location, it was superb. Away from the overwhelming noise of Midtown, yet still within walking distance to the fashion district and other popular attractions. The staff at the hotel were gracious and attentive, making sure I felt well taken care of during my stay. One morning, there was a small issue with the hotel's boiler, but the staff went above and beyond to compensate for the inconvenience. I felt like I got superb value for my money.

Rare hotel with attentive staff from Hugo the concierge to our lovely porter and free Wi-Fi. Easy location for enjoying restaurants and bars walking distance to the venue. Lots of places to eat around: restaurants and bars.

The location was unbeatable for walking around Chelsea. My room with a great view as well as coffee was spotless, had good night's sleep.

Light filled room and great modern, comfortable bed. Location - perfect and incredible, next to the # 1 subway line, Central Park, Madison Square Garden, and Times Square and in the Flatiron District. Besides, very convenient to Chelsea.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in a convenient location. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and great soundproofing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel facilities, including the well-equipped gym and fast Wi-Fi, added to the overall positive experience. We also loved the vibrant atmosphere in the stylish lobby. Plus, being close to many subway stations and restaurants made exploring the city a breeze.

The price of the stay was a bit high, but the quality experience made it worth it.
